Palestinian Medical Relief Society (PMRS) is a grassroots community-based Palestinian health organization. PMRS was founded in 1979 by a group of Palestinian doctors and health professionals seeking to supplement the decayed and inadequate health infrastructure caused by years of Israeli military occupation. It is non-profit, voluntary, and one of the largest health NGOs in Palestine. PMRS is national health programs emphasize prevention, education, community participation, and the empowerment of people.

Fundada en el año 2014 tiene por único objeto ayudar en la resolución de la actual crisis médica y humanitaria de los niños palestinos.
APAINF ayuda a que los niños palestinos que lo precisen, tengan el tratamiento médico y humanitario que por diferentes razones, no pueden recibir en su tierra natal.

Nuestro objetivo es tratar de identificar a cada uno de esos niños y consecuentemente
prestarles nuestra ayuda, brindándoles los tratámientos médicos y quirúrjicos que precisen
para su curación y cuidados paliativos.

Del mismo modo, prestamos servicios para la obtención de medicamentos y prótesis que
necesiten en cada caso. En principio, los niños son traidos a la ciudad de Málaga, donde
son tratados médicamente. Los no huérfanos vienen acompañados de uno o dos familiares,
