MEDICAMENTS FOR #GAZA

GB
WARNING NUMBER FOR DRUGS FOR #GAZA IBAN: ES38 2103 3037 8000 3001 0355 BIC CODE SHIFT: UCJAES2M (Please read the explanatory text) We all know the dramatic situation that Gaza is going through, when it comes to DRUGS, hospitals have exhausted their stocks and patients are dying in GAZA for lock of medications. It is time to stop talking and starting acting, unfortunately words are beautiful and send us the message that we are united and support and cheer each other, but that is not going to help the patients in Gaza that need medications to survive. UNADIKUM have launched a campaign for the collection of money to buy drugs. People wanting to buy drugs in their countries and send to Gaza is very welcome but from experience (Nora) it is not viable way to delivery drugs from some countries by different laws and regulations of customs and health Depts.
Unadikum Association, whose president is Carlos Unadikum Abu Manu is now developing in GAZA these same activities.
While asking for donations of money IS NOT NEVER UNADIKUM methodology, I think because of the seriousness of the situation in Gaza due to the closure of Rafah crossing and practical reasons (such as acquiring the needed medicines more urgently) warrant this exception, I believe that MORE VIABLE way, FAST AND EFFECTIVE is to send money to the account of the ASSOCIATION UNADIKUM, through which it can buy medicines at lowest cost in Egypt and get them into Gaza by means that Gaza hospitals have provided .
The account number IS THE NEXT IBAN: ES38 2103 0355 3037 8000 3001 BIC CODE SHIFT: UCJAES2M, We ALL have the obligation to cooperate, the situation in Gaza is not resolved now or never just with words, people need to put the chest and commit REALLY, I don't think ANYONE can doubt what Unadikum association has done, for which he deserves ALL our confidence to take and make a success of this campaign, ANY contribution is valuable and every penny allocated can help save a life. TIME TO ACT AND DO IT fAST. GAZA WE NEED US NOW more than ever.
thanks to anyone that is willing to help. Please Read and Share.

Israel’s History of Chemical and Biological Weapons Use

The UN  inspectors, who went to Syria to investigate the use of , should have stopped on their way at Occupied Palestine (), where Israeli government has the largest stockpile of chemical and other WMD in the entire . They would have found a lot of evidence and witness accounts of Israeli use of chemical, as well as biological and nuclear, weapons against the Palestinians and their Arab neighbors. The attacks started in May 1948 and are still going on in one form or another.
The  gangs under the directive and leadership of , who became the first Israeli Prime Minister, had adopted a military policy of , extermination and total destruction of the indigenous Palestinian inhabitants and their towns in order to evacuate the land for outsider   occupiers. The first WMD they used was biological weapons as documented by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

Im Schatten des Feigenbaums, Sumaya Ferhat-Naser in Deutschland

Im Schatten des Feigenbaums

26.–28. November 2013; Berlin

Mahmoud Darwish Foundation

The Mahmoud Darwish Foundation was established upon a Presidential decree issued in Ramallah on October 4, 2008. It is a Palestinian non-profit foundation established in recognition of Darwish's esteemed status within the Palestinian national movement as well as his inspirational influence on the Palestinian, regional and international literary scenes.

The foundation seeks to safeguard Mahmoud Darwish’s cultural, literary and intellectual legacy, and promote his noble values; the love he had for his homeland, deep respect for human dignity, and his utter veneration of life. The foundation also aims at reinforcing Darwish's enlightened vision and authentic expression of the Palestinian cause, with all its humanitarian dimensions.

The foundation's activities will focus on collecting and safeguarding Mahmoud Darwish’s works and legacy, as well as organizing and fostering cultural, literary, artistic, humanitarian, charity and media activities. The foundation has established an annual award "The Mahmoud Darwish Award for Creativity" granted to intellectuals from Palestine and elsewhere.

In honor of the legendary poet, the foundation has constructed the Mahmoud Darwish Museum. The Museum is an exquisite edifice befitting the commemoration of the poet and his achievements. It stands as status and national devotion, relentlessly upholding his message of freedom and authenticity.

selected poem:

If I Were Another

BY MAHMOUD DARWISH
TRANSLATED BY FADY JOUDAH

If I were another on the road, I would not have looked
back, I would have said what one traveler said
to another: Stranger! awaken
the guitar more! Delay our tomorrow so our road
may extend and space may widen for us, and we may get rescued
from our story together: you are so much yourself ... and I am
so much other than myself right here before you!

If I were another I would have belonged to the road,
neither you nor I would return. Awaken the guitar
and we might sense the unknown and the route that tempts
the traveler to test gravity. I am only
my steps, and you are both my compass and my chasm.
If I were another on the road, I would have
hidden my emotions in the suitcase, so my poem
would be of water, diaphanous, white,
abstract, and lightweight ... stronger than memory,
and weaker than dewdrops, and I would have said:
My identity is this expanse!

If I were another on the road, I would have said
to the guitar: Teach me an extra string!
Because the house is farther, and the road to it prettier—
that’s what my new song would say. Whenever
the road lengthens the meaning renews, and I become two
on this road: I ... and another!

Ma’an Newslundi 9 septembre 2013
